PLANO, Texas - Service Metrics Group, a leading global provider of customer experience measurement solutions, has named Veronica Ignat to the role of Project Manager.
Mrs. Ignat will be in charge of managing and leading client and team relationships for Service Metrics Group clients based in North America, the Caribbean, and Europe. "The expansion of our business has necessitated additional resources to serve the needs of our hospitality, gaming, entertainment, and travel industry clients," noted Robb Scott, Managing Partner "and Veronica brings a great deal of international and luxury experience to our team that will be invaluable." Before joining Service Metrics Group, Veronica held a variety of leadership roles in the hospitality and travel industry including the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, the El Tovar Hotel, Mise en Place Ltd., and most recently managed operations at Benkei of Tokyo. She has lived in the Canary Islands, Cayman Islands, the United States, and Romania - where she originally hails from Veronica holds a Bachelor of Science from Babes Bolyai University in Cluj Napoca, Romania and speaks three languages. She and her husband reside in Dallas, Texas. |
